Since Wichita's smoking ban took effect three weeks ago, one local bar and restaurant says it's been bad for business.

Emerson Biggins in Old Town is changing its smoking policy and will cater to crowds ages 18 and older.

"We did see a lot of our regular clients, who used to be here every day who were smokers, quit coming in everyday," said Emerson Biggins minority owner Chuck Miller.

"The smaller bars stayed with smoking, so we were losing clients to them," Miller said.
