anonymous in wichita the police there are no better then arkcity i happen to know a few cops here in ark city and i know a lot in wichita they all have a lot to deal with with little crimes to the big ones a couple of my freinds were those who got shot at and a friend was shot in wichita if you thank you could do better than go get a degree and get certified and try it

I think that crime took way too long to be solved. I feel that the ACPD focus to much on the little crimes and when it comes to BIG crimes, they fiddle fart around. Leave it up to the Ark City Police Department and all of their winner cops. God help us.

It amazes me how so many can judge the Officers on duty, doing their best to protect the citizens and never once give notice to the criminals actually committing these atrocious crimes. I for one have stood up to the prosecuters and criminals and I have just one voice. If others would just stand up to the convicts and tell them we aren't going to take all this criminal acts being done in our small towns it would save a lot of aggravation. And for those of you who have knowledge of the crimes and still don't say anything, shame on you. You are just as bad as those that commit the crimes.

my dad was a cop for thirty years and anyone of you that wants to step in a cops shoes go ahead ive seen the bad stuff they do and been around it my whole life its not fun put your life on the line for 10.00 to 15.00 a hour seems almost not worth it and as far as them not doing there job the theifs ought to go get a job instead of robbing people maybe that would be a good idea and parents watch there kids and if there bad give them a good old fasion butt spanking like we all had back in the day

Hmmm.... Let's see. The suspects covered their faces, wore gloves, and parked around the corner. Not to mention the crystal clear video footage! Yes, shame on those lazy police officers for not catching the bad guys in 24 hours! How about this, you critics that think you can do a better job, why don't you take a pay cut to put your life in danger trying to protect disrespectful, unappreciative citizens and join the police force! Perhaps you should criticize the idiots who robbed a store at gunpoint for what - a few hundred dollars? Split 4 ways - hardly seems worth the armed robbery charge when they eventually get caught.

In answer to Mexicans question on what next, well it would seem if the acpd would stay out of Jump Start and hanging in car windows talking too women and get YOUR mind on the business at hand like taking care of the BIG drug problem in this town would help alot.Of course the court system is going to have to put their butts in jail instead of slapping them on the hands. Oh and where are we at on the 5 bussinesses that were broke into at wee hours of the morning. I would just like to know how that went down with not ONE ACPD around! I mean that was from one end of town to the other. Maybe we should call in for some help from the outside!

Since there were four of them Barney Fife would have been three bullets short in Action city; they couldn't catch a social disease in a house of ill repute

I swear--Ark City has more crime than any small town I've ever seen! I wouldn't feel safe living in Ark City. I have family there, and it just amazes me how much goes on there.
