El Dorado Flooding Closes Roads, Calls For Evacuation
El Dorado City Manager Herb Llewellyn said Friday that the West Branch of Walnut Creek is causing some street flooding. He said the city is placing reverse 911 calls and going door-to-door urging residents to evacuate immediately. It is not a forced evacuation.

As a resident of Augusta I would like some information on the Whitewater River, whether or not we, over by the dike, need to be worried. I've heard all about El Dorado & the Walnut River but nothing about the safety of the residents of Augusta.
