The former amusement park known for it's Wild West theme was sold in auction in June. Park City officials were excited and ready to see the ghost town come alive again. But, it's been nearly three months since it was auctioned away, and nothings changed.

A meeting is scheduled between Park City officials and the new property owners, AHG, for Tuesday. Those in Park City hope their questions about the vacant land will be answered, and movement to re-open will be initiated.

"It's very important to us to get this park up and running again," said Jack Whitson, Park City Administrator. "We want to see it open again to benefit the people of Sedgwick County. That's what is most important to us now," he says.

We tried to reach representatives from AHG for comment about their plans, but they were not available.
