Shots Fired At N. Wichita Church's Chicken
Police are investigating a robbery at the Church's Chicken near 13th and Broadway where a robber fired off a gun during the crime.

Police are investigating a robbery at the Church's Chicken near 13th and Broadway where a robber fired off a gun during a robbery. Nobody was injured in the crime.

The robber escaped after demanding money from the clerks. When the clerks first said no, the robber fired a shot into the menu above the counter. Then some money was handed over and the robber ran out of the store.

Police have put out a description of a white male in his late 20's or early 30's, about 5'8", 200 lbs., medium to heavy build, brown hair, mustache, goatee, unshaven.

He was wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans and had a large-gauge earring in his left ear. He was carrying a black handgun.
