A fire at the historic Clifton Hotel in Virgil is still under investigation, but has been ruled a case of arson.
Firefighters from Virgil and Hamilton battled the blaze.
Anyone with information can call 1-800-KS-CRIME (57-27463). Tips leading to an arrest could result in a $5,000 reward.
