Yes it is time for the DA to go. Probation is being handed out like candy over there. Cruz, the shooter from lightning Joes, yup, on probation for failing to register as a violent offender, an offense that should have been a year in prison. Not in the 18th Judicial. I think I will call HGTV and see if they have a Judicial makeover show.

I agree it is time for the DA to go. There are MANY sex offenders who haven't been charged with any crime who belong behind bars for life. I hope this sicko spends his life behind bars but we all know the drill. He may get several years and then when he gets out, he's ready to rape again.
let's all do some slow claps for the wonderful DA office that let this man go free.....nothing says "punishment" like a little probation. I hope everyone votes accordingly to make sure this does not continue to happen.
