The driver of a 2003 Chevy pickup reportedly lost control on a gravel road, struck a concrete box culvert, overturned and came to rest on its top, ejecting and killing the driver.
The accident happened just after midnight Saturday on 130 Road, 2 miles north of Noble Road in Cloud County.
The driver has been identified as 48-year-old Martin Newlin of Concordia. Reports indicate he was not wearing a seat belt.
