They count the votes in the presense of the membership. Not saying that anything foul can't happen, but it would be a streach to say they rigged the vote.
Is there a neutral party that watches when the votes are counted?? Sorry I just don't trust anyone at HBC or the UNION. I could give you reasons but there such horror stories no one wolhd believe me.Worked there thirty years though and I know alot of things that would turn you hair white. Things that are flight safety issues, but top management just don't want to listen.
