One person is head after a mini-motorcycle accident in Sedan.
The Kansas Highway Patrol says 22-year-old John Thomas was riding a mini-motorcycle westbound on North Street when he left the roadway to cut across Sedan City Park. Thomas struck a cable and was thrown from the motorcycle.
He was taken to Sedan City Hospital where he later died.
