Homicide Arrest

Wichita police have arrested the man they believe shot two people in front of Big Dog Motorcycles on Friday. After a citywide manhunt, 32-year-old Devin Quattlebaum turned himself in to authorities around 10:30 a.m. Saturday morning.

Police say the shooting resulted from an argument between rival motorcycle gangs. John Dill was killed and Bret Douglas is listed in serious condition at a local hospital.

Investigators say Quattlebaum will be charged with 1st degree murder and attempted 1st degree murder. He is being held on a $2 million bond.

Police say that despite Friday's incident, Wichita does not have a problem with motorcycle gangs.
