Um I don't know if anyone of you were there Monday morning but Wichita does support this strike and for you to say otherwise is pretty dumb..We had a great turn out and it only made us stronger.ONE MORE DAY........

Being on strike is so hard. I have got to spend so much time with my family. Unlike the working 19 days straight. Thanks for the break.

i'm laughing at all the people walking to the lizards lounge to drink their beer. If i was you i would save your money for something more important like your families. Typical shop workers, STRIKE then drink beer. No wonder you guys are where you are.

If HBC cared about you, you would have your sign for your car. Ask your boss where your sign is. The only "rude" on here is salary to hourly and hourly retaliation. Have a GREAT DAY!! IAM!!:)

Insurance costs are going up for everyone, every where. Don't be rude to the salaried and non-exempt people who have to go to work. Are insurance will go up, but you know what? We have to suck it up and pay the price. A lot of us don't get paid OT, but work hard just like you. Attitude is everything, and if you have a negative one people will respond to you in a negative way. Rooney won't pay any of you a darn cent once your bank account goes dry. When did we get signs to put in our windshield? I WANT MY SIGN!!!

Day 2: A Hawker 987 should have left plant 4. A loss for HBC. Us "rednecks" must be winning. Salary COMPLAINERS, Simply display your company given sign in your vehicle when driving through the picket lines. GO STRIKERS!!!! Stand together!!!

if any of you get learn anything from this strike...it is this....learn to live with in your means.....learn to find ways of saving money and also...be self reliant....no one in this town owes us anything.....dont go to the charities for help when we walked off the jobs.. so suck it up...eat ramen noodles and get on with yourself!!!

As a matter of fact i do work out in the heat try working in huston TX behind a test rig in over 105 degree heat plus the heat from the rig. Thanks stop your ranting and get to work.

Excuse you. You don't work for 8 hours in 100 degrees weather with no a/c along with the heat of the machines giving off. Compared with the contract Cessna got, Beechcraft workers are not getting a fair deal. THEY COULD go elsewhere but who would want to hire the older generation who cannot retire yet, and NO OTHER PLACE is hiring right now. These are all hard workers, it's not like they're working "white collar jobs".

OMG come on you dumb redneck people. You make darn good money for they way this economy is. Go back to work. This is why your jobs are going down to Mexico they will do a better job work and work harder for less money. I have Family that works for HBC I know what you make and see your GREAT benefits. Stop complaing. Why dont you try to live simple and use your money for what you NEED. you people make me sick nothing but a bunch of greedy you know what. Stop your belly aching. I seen you on tv with your gold chains and fake nails and over weight. looks like your realy hurting to me. Why dont you stop eating for a while or quit smoking. try liviing on min. wage. GO BACK TO WORK. Or better yet get someone in there that will actually do your jobs. Not like you all have it hard. BOO HOO I hope HBC doesnt give into you sorry rednecks.

I see what you mean.

I understand the right to strike. But come on the language you people are using on the line directed at "salaried employees" who have no choice is horrible. Grow up!! if you dont like it go to another aircraft company, if they will have you.

Curious - because at the time the only socks that were available were not made in America. Back then the rules were much more strict then they are now. These union members today are driving foreign cars and wearing foreign clothing. I just don't understand that.

Hey Dandy or Kermit-Why couldn't you wear socks while you were on strike? Just curious.
