Kansas Cloud Seeding Program Aims For More Rain, Smaller Hail
The Western Kansas Weather Modification Program has two main objectives: reduce the size of hail in storms and increase rainfall by seeding selected clouds in the absence of severe weather.

western kansas is in a drought, did the seeding help? or is this just a half million dollar a year experiment?

has anyone analyzed the effect of cloud seeding on the counties east of the area? are they getting normal amounts of rain or are the seeding counties stealing rain from them?
