seems we do not want to think people can be rehabilitated. It is sad that we lump all who have been convicted of a sex crime into the same box and refuse to give any of them a chance. These are people not dogs.
and why are we dropping charges for a plea agreement?? he did it before, now he's done it again, and he will do it all over agian any chance he gets. They should lock these sick freaks up forever!!!!!!
Does anyone do background checks anymore? He should never have been around kids after being convicted the first time. Perverts will always be perverts.
