seems we do not want to think people can be rehabilitated. It is sad that we lump all who have been convicted of a sex crime into the same box and refuse to give any of them a chance. These are people not dogs.

Does anyone do background checks anymore? He should never have been around kids after being convicted the first time. Perverts will always be perverts.
