Infant Death Ruled Homicide, Father Arrested
The death of a 3-month-old in Dodge City on July 3rd has been ruled a homicide after an autopsy was performed. Monday, the father of the infant was arrested in connection with the baby's death.

On July 3, 2008 the Dodge City Police Department responded to 710 Ave. B in reference to the death of a 3-month-old baby.
On July 4, 2008 an autopsy was performed by the Sedgwick County Regional Forensic Science Center in Wichita.
The death of Juan Carlos Pablo-Tino has been ruled a homicide.
On July 7, 2008 Francisco Pablo-Bicente, the natural father of the victim, was arrested on a warrant alleging Second Degree Unintentional Murder.
At this time the case is still under investigation by the Dodge City Police Department and the Ford County Attorney's Office.
