Infant Death Ruled Homicide, Father Arrested
The death of a 3-month-old in Dodge City on July 3rd has been ruled a homicide after an autopsy was performed. Monday, the father of the infant was arrested in connection with the baby's death. Reporter: KAKE NewsEmail Address: news@kake.com |

On July 3, 2008 the Dodge City Police Department responded to 710 Ave. B in reference to the death of a 3-month-old baby.
On July 4, 2008 an autopsy was performed by the Sedgwick County Regional Forensic Science Center in Wichita.
The death of Juan Carlos Pablo-Tino has been ruled a homicide.
On July 7, 2008 Francisco Pablo-Bicente, the natural father of the victim, was arrested on a warrant alleging Second Degree Unintentional Murder.
At this time the case is still under investigation by the Dodge City Police Department and the Ford County Attorney's Office.
