Prosecutors in the case said that Rhodes had four glasses of wine at two bars before driving to his former place of employment, Watermark Bookstore, where he threw a brick through the window.

Rhodes then drove off and slammed into the back of two vehicles stopped at the intersection of Pawnee and Hillside, killing 44-year old Tio Bolin. It was estimated he was driving upwards of 80 miles per hour.

Rhodes' trial is scheduled to begin July 2nd.

I'm wondering how Hopper knows that Adam, his friends, and roomates don't feel remorse. Did he actually ask them? I'm also wondering what Hoppers reaction would be if one of his friends are family members did what Adam did.

Adam Rhodes has no remorse whatsoever over the killing of Tio Bolan, neither do his friends or roommates. They just think it's another day for them. I'm sure they would be upset if someone they loved was murdered.

Cliff, isn't there a huge difference between being a drunk driver driving well over the posted speed limit and slamming into other cars killing people and not seeing a motorcycle rider and turning in front of them? One is a criminal act and the other is a negligence act. That's also why there are civil courts to get monetary damages and criminal courts to punish criminals. Think before you speak.

at least they bring people who kill others in cars to court, unlike the ignoring killing people on motorcycles.
