An Oklahoma City contractor charged with six counts of home repair fraud will spend 90 days behind bars. Alfred Soulek was also ordered to pay more than $44,000 in restitution.
Soulek faces a five year deferment sentence, as well. he's also charged with defrauding a Greensburg, KS family after last year's tornado that destroyed the town.
Soulek has not been charged with any crimes in Kansas, but the attorney general's office is investigating and says it may file charges against him at a later date.
