A man accused of ripping off a Greensburg family will be sentenced in court Wednesday morning in Oklahoma.
Alfred Soulek faces 6 counts of home repair fraud. The contractor is charged with taking homeowners money, starting the job and then disappearing.
Greensburg residents Marilyn and Robin Brown gave Soulek $180,000 last summer to rebuild their tornado damaged home. He took the money and did a little work and then he never returned.
The Brown's are going to be in court Wednesday to face Soulek.
"I don't know how he can sleep at night. I don't know how you do this to someone, how?" says Marilyn Brown.
Volunteers from all over the country have come to help the Brown's finish their home, but there is still a lot of work to be done.
The Kansas Attorney General is also investigating Soulek for home repair fraud, but so far, no charges have been filed.
