so the motorcade that tied up trafic through wichita for a half hour didnt even have the president in it? a lot of iritated people sitting in trafic for a long time with no explanation.one car souldnt even turn north from west bound kellog. a cop waved him back and put a cone in the lane. the motorcade came from the south and turned west, wo why no turns north? If there was any warning about closed roads, many would have taken a different route. why the big security if the president wasnt even in the mtorcade?
