WOW.. once again another ignorant remark. you say (I at least don't call people names RE; name the time and place)... and you said this in your 1st response: "greedy parasites all; the only thing worse is title insurance; leeches!!". If all you wanna do is bag on Realtors and Title Companies... GO AND DO IT YOURSELF! Obviously you can't if you are complaining about their commission. Their commission has NOTHING to do with the decline in home sales... you obviously have no knowledge of the business. You should just stick to sitting behind the computer and waste your life away while making stupid remarks.
Leave it to the realtors to drive up the price to increase their commission while the market is slowing; greedy parasites all; the only thing worse is title insurance; leeches!!
