There is new legal trouble for a man whose girlfriend was stuck in the bathroom. Ness County authorities say Kory McFarren was arrested Sunday.

He's accused of lewd and lascivious behavior after allegedly exposing himself to a neighbor's teenage daughter and her friends through his window. Neighbors say this isn't the first time something like this has happened.

"Apparently several years ago, he had a similar charge," says Ness County Sheriff Bryan Whipple. "I'm not exactly sure what the exact charges were, but it was a similar incident."

McFarren spent the night in jail before posting bond. He was charged last week with a misdemeanor count of mistreatment of a dependent adult after his girlfriend, Pam Babcock, was found stuck to the toilet. She reportedly had been sitting on the toilet for two years and refused to come out.

This world is made up of odd-balls on boths sides of the fence. I can not buy someone sitting on a toilet for two years, nor can I buy the comments of someone posting anonymously based on hearsay. Like I said, odd-balls on both sides of the fence.

Aren't charges from sevral years ago something the sherriff, clerk, or deputy could look up before talking to the media? Does anyone really believe she sat on the toilet for two years. Blood and fluid would have pooled in her legs way before that length of time. I would think that the pain of that would have made her stand up or move around. Start covering who was involved with the lady what state agencies were referred to for assistance that didn't have capacity to follow through. Identify and repair the problem dont keep beating those who apparently didn't knw how to handle the problem and stop discrediting the woman. She wasn't incompetent enough that she had a guardian or conservator according to anything I read.

well its time to hear about the guys neighbors to the north of him.if they didnt want anybody to watch them they shouldnt have cut the trees down in between the two houses or maybe they should have put up a fence.if you have ever seen the mother and daughter they dont have much there to look at.all they want to do is cause more trouble in ness city like they always do.most people in ness city don't like them including the other neighbors. they even think their better than everybody else.some of the kids that come over there are given beer and cigarettes.the dog outside doesnt have any shelter or water dish.i have been told the mother was fired from workin at the hospital so why is she still an emt.the medicine that she gets from the doctors isn't even real she believes it is. they can't even control their own kids. if you don't want people to watch you in your own yard put up a fence or keep your own clothes on while you are in the hot tub so the dog doesn't go blind. continued?

Would somebody lock this loser up already. These days we really need people who bring something good to our society, not people like this. People doing dogs, idiots running a daycare, please get these people away. I dont care if they have mental issues, I will gladly pay my share in taxes, lock them all up. Why should normal people be burdened with them. If someone exposes themselves to my teenage daughter, beleive me when I am through with him he wont do it again, at least in my neighborhood. I hate to say it, mavbe its time for us to handle these sickos ourselves, doesnt seem like anyone else is.

Kory has been publically exposing himself for years! Many many people have reported seeing him do this. It is high time he gets charged with this offense. He needs mental help. In addition, he needs to go through a sex offender program. Of course, we taxpayers will foot that bill. This guy needs help before he commits any more sexual offenses.

This man obviously has serious issues. Get him off the street asap!
