Authorities in Leavenworth said substitute teacher, Mohamed Dirshe, is accused of inviting two 16-year old male students to his home, giving them alcohol and having illegal sexual relations with them while they were under the influence.

26-year old Dirshe is due in court on Friday and faces three felony counts of unlawful sexual relations and three felony counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor for illicit purposes.

Police took Dirshe into custody March 17th after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Police said one of the incidents involved a student from Immaculata High School while the other two involved a Leavenworth High School student.

ok, you may have known him but get real. Most sex offenders are the nicest people you will ever meet. Thats how they take them and lure them in. If he is convicted then it is obvious that he did the crime. Having been lured bya man that molested my two daughters, no one ever saw it coming or happening. Get real open your eyes. THey are not mean and ugly people that take advantage of children. Think about!!!!!! Dont be blind, we all judge wrong and if it happened he should be punished like all other sex offenders

Shame on you for condemning a man you don't even know. None of these things have been proven. "May he burn in hell"??? I suggest we all take a look into ourselves before so freely making judgements on whether he deserves heaven or hell. Having personally known him for some years, these acts are not in the character I have EVER seen from him. He is one of the kindest, gentlest people I have ever in my life have been blessed with calling my friend. Think about if this were someone you knew...would you be offended by the condemnation of strangers who have merely heard a story? Although I agree that associating with minors under your "care" and furnishing alcohol was a big mistake on his part...have you ever thought that he may be the victim to teenage drama? Kids in Leavenworth don't have a lot of entertainment at their fingers, why not make up a story about the Somalian sub teacher? Even if it is true, ask yourself if you have ever sinned...this is nothing better than false tabloids

I can think of a great punishment for him that I can not post on here. How sad, we send our kids to school, and then they are befriended by teachers like this. The few bad ones sure make it hard on the honest ones. Maybe schools should now teach children about what to do if they encounter a teacher that is TOO friendly. Parents and schools need to educate students further on this issue because there is such a fine line before these things happen!

"Oh my gosh" what is going on in our schools if its not a teacher its a sub-teacher. Home schooling is the only option we parents have now! May that man burn in hell!
