Authorities in Leavenworth said substitute teacher, Mohamed Dirshe, is accused of inviting two 16-year old male students to his home, giving them alcohol and having illegal sexual relations with them while they were under the influence.
26-year old Dirshe is due in court on Friday and faces three felony counts of unlawful sexual relations and three felony counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor for illicit purposes.
Police took Dirshe into custody March 17th after a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Police said one of the incidents involved a student from Immaculata High School while the other two involved a Leavenworth High School student.
