A crash on a Kansas highway in Russell County killed a Victoria man last night.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, Robert Dinges was driving west on I-70 at about 5:15 p.m. just north of Dorrance when he over-corrected his truck.
The result sent his vehicle over the guard rail onto nearby county road 200th Blvd where he crashed.
Dinges was wearing a seat belt.
