An Alaska man was killed in a crash in Chautauqua County early today.
The accident happened on US-166 at 4:30 a.m.
The Kansas Highway Patrol said a car driven by Jacob Clare, 26, of Anchorage, Alaska, went left of center and struck another car. Clare was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle, Brian Bentson, 39, of Cedar Vale, Kansas was taken to Sedan City Hospital for treatment.
