At around 11:30 this morning, a semi truck carrying lumber rolled over on eastbound Kellogg at Washington.
Debris littered the highway and forced Kellogg down to one lane from the downtown exit through to I-135.
Just before 1:00 p.m., eastbound Kellogg was being shut down from Seneca to I-135 to clean up the accident.
Kellogg was reopened just before 2:00 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
