Wichita police are asking for help searching for a suspect that robbed a northwest Wichita bank.
It happened at the Bank of America, 21st and Ridge Road, around 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Police said a man walked into the bank demanding cash. He ran away with an undisclosed amount of money. No weapon was seen.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 40s with a partial beard, approximately 6'1" and 240 pounds. He was reportedly wearing a long-sleeve royal blue KU shirt, a KU hat, black shorts, and sunglasses.
Anyone with information on the crime should call 911. An anonymous tip can also be left with Crimestoppers at 267-2111.

Shortly before 3:00 p.m., Wichita Police were dispatched to a bank robbery call at the Bank of America 21st and Ridge Road.
The suspect is described as a white man in his 40s with a partial beard, approximately 6'1" and 240 pounds. He was reportedly wearing a long-sleeve royal blue KU shirt, a KU hat, black shorts, and sunglasses.
According to police, the suspect walked up to a teller and demanded money. No weapon was indicated, but the suspect did leave the scene with an unknown amount of cash.
