Visitation Revoked for Jailed Doctor, Wife

I fear for Schneider's pain patients who must now somehow 'prove' they are not addicts before they can get meds from other docs who know they are being watched even closer. Don't look to the DEA for compassion or fairness. Their goal is to add to their conviction count.
I think I see a trend here....look and TRY to read some of the comments below. A lot are in favor of the Doctor....but take a closer look...see all of the misspelled words! Are you people on too many pain killers right now or would you call this a withdrawl? I am serious. Maybe one day you all will be very happy that a Doctor like he WAS is gone. Now think about this....would a doctor who is supposed to be a pain specialist know the proper amounts of narcotics to prescribe to a person? OBVIOUSLY NOT! Get real people...more of his patients have died then any other doctor in this entire community. What more can somebody point out!!
EVERY ONE HAS THE RESPONCIBILITY TO KNOW WHAT THEY PUT IN THERE MOUTH AND UNLESS THOSE THAT DIED TOOK THERE MEDICATION AS DIRECTED AND DIED THAN HE SHOULD BE FOUND "NOT GUILTY" OF THERE DEATH. THAT IS NOT TO SAY THOSE THAT DIED AND THERE FAMILY'S SHOULD BE SLANDERED OR THOUGHT ANY LESS OF IN THIS "HUMAN" RACE TO LIVE AND HAVE SOME DIGNITY AND QUALITY OF LIFE.

TO THE PATAINTS, YOU WILL HAVE TO START BY FINDING A FAMILY PRACTIONER WHO SUPPORTS YOUR REASON FOR HAVING CHRONIC PAIN TREATMENT AND THEN BE REFERED TO A CHRONIC PAIN SPEACALIST. FEW DOCTOR'S WOULD TREAT "ANY" PATAINT FOR CHRONIC PAIN FOR GOOD REASON. IT IS A SPAECALIZED FEILD JUST AS SURGERY OR PODIETRY AND SHOULD BE. THIS WILL NOT BE OVER IN FEBUARY SO MAKE NO HASTE AND IF YOU HAVE LEGITIMATE ISSUE'S IN REGARD'S TO CHRONIC PAIN YOU WILL BE TREATED, MOST LIKELY NOT AS YOU ARE NOW BUT YOU WILL FIND WITH A OPEN MIND AND COOPERATION WITH YOUR NEW PROVIDER THERE IS HOPE AND TREATMENT OUTSIDE OF THE SCHIEDER CLINIC. DOING SO WOULD SUPPORT THE DOCTOR BY SHOWING THERE WAS TRUELY A NEED FOR YOUR TREATMENT! WHY HAS NO ONE SAID ANYTHING OF THE FRAUD? IF IT IS TRUE THE DOCTOR WILL LOOSE MY SUPORT THERE.
There's a diff. between compassionate dr. and a drug pushing dr.. THIS dr. is a drug pusher. It has nothing to do with compassion. 10 people I know under his care, including 2 relatives have died because of his kind of "Compassion". I don't feel sorry for them. They're killing others' children, so what if they were arrested in front of theirs. They're not dead. They can walk out. Some of our people can't thanks to them. What they said was "It's no more addicting to crush an oxy and take it than it is to just take it whole". A lie, to get them hooked so they can make more $$$. That's what it's all about, Dr. S's money. I hope they do serve life, it's still not justice, but probably as close as my friends and our families will ever get.

I sorry their children didn't get to see them. But, think of us families that don't get to see their loved ones that died under his care.
if the feds did in fact take charts,,,if i was a patient of the good doctor's i would be expecting a phone call....that is for real...
One has to wonder what the federal prosecutors have to hide in refusing to allow them to be interviewed. ummmm...I wonder.....
I think the question should be; how far should the government be allowed to dip into health care before its considered illegal? I personally watched them take personal charts(records) out of that clinic day after day, most of which had never been on pain managment. Why? By what grounds do they have to take them, isn't that against HIPPA regulation? There is personal info in these charts aside from anything in regards to Pain medication. It is againt HIPPA regulation to give out or even see medical info on patients for confidential reasons(with out a release), but FEDS are above the law. Linda and her husband personally spoke to them, she was told a day ahead of time her and doc would be takin to jail with-in the following 48 hours. She begged them not to do this in front of her children, that if they were going to do it, please do it at the clinic. The feds waited until they left that day and had picked there kids up, and were on the way to look at x mas lights. How Heartless, Inhuman.
