Well your right. We don't know all of the story, but she's only 16. They need to bring her little butt back across that border and charge him with kidnapping. She shouldn't have no say because she's a minor.I also have bad news for her. In Mexico you don't get to leave that hospital with your baby unless those bills are paid first.She don't know anything about living there and she's got a rude awakening coming and anyone who feels sorry for her when she realizes the mistake she made can help her, but I wouldn't if it were me.Just enabling another child to get their way in life instead of being a parent.

she is just a worthless as he is. let her stay in mexico, her life will be hell there.
If she is a minor, why is it her choice? Do parents really have no legal rights anymore?
There is obviously some reason as to why she doesn't want to come home, whether it be she was threatened or she just wants to stay. I just feel sorry for the baby, and maybe she didn't turn him in because he threatened her, we don't know, but with her being only 16 last i checked that was not of legal age, so why are they giving her the choice? Obviously there is more to it than is being said, that or she is just dumb, which is very possible, look at the situation she got herself in.

It shouldn't be up to a 16 year old girl to stay in Mexico. If something happens to her down there , Mexico should be held liable!!!!
she is just as guilty she could of helped the police get him sooner if she would have turned him in and she should stay there where she belongs no one wants her here i do not want to end up paying any money that would help her or her baby.
SHE's whats wrong with kids these days, Dissrespectful brat! Her mom should of been just that.. A MOM! Instead of letting her run around and do whatever she wanted. This kid is under age and they need to scoop her up and bring her home, Put her in foster care, since she doesn't want to go back to her mom. Charge the mom with neglect, She let her daughter down! I believe in tough love with kids, I'm sorry but her mom saying that she didn't want to do anything about him b/c she didn't want her daughter to runaway,GREAT mom!
