Wanted DEAD OR ALIVE.. Is that still a viable option for Israel Mireles ... Put a big enough reward on his illegal head . His own kind will turn him in in an instant.

To "not so perfect": I would never claim to be perfect, but I can safely say if my daughter would have been pursued by an adult when she was under 18 yrs old, I would have moved heaven and earth and taken the law into my own hands if I couldn't get help the legal way to make sure that a predator did not get near my daughter ever again. There is something wrong with you if you think that all this mother has now is hindsight...you incinuate that you think Victoria'a mother would have made a better choice had she known how bad it was going to be...well excuse me, but I think having a pregnant minor daughter is bad, then to find out the father was a 24 yr old drifter is worse. That is when the sirens in her head should have been wailing and she should have done something to protect her daughter. I think "additional charges" should include child endangerment for the mother and the grandmother in Baxter Springs who let her leave with Mireles after he killed Emily should be charged, too!

If he had been charged or deported as he should have been this murder would not have occurred; and the death sentence probably won't apply because Mexico wouldn't like it. What a travesty and loss of a young life.

I know "mothers" that allow there 15-16-17 year old daughters to have there daughters boyfriends to spend the night, at times weekends. Sleep together and be alone togeter all day. Sounds like this mother of this "child" might have at least let some of this to occure with her blessings. I strongly agree with the comment the person gave on the mother being WORTHLESS.

annoy in eldorado you are so wrong there is blame to pass along not just for isreal sure he is the main perpetrator in this however there is a few people that are to blame that could have stopped the whole thing before it happened if you believe otherwise you need to stick your head back in the sand and forget about reality beliefs like yours is exactly what is wrong in this country today and I pray to god you aint my neighbor with thoughts like that

Lynn, I am sure that Victoria's mom is kicking herself right now. We have the fortune of looking at this situation from hindsight. If given the outcome of different senarios, I am positive she would have chosen the best outcome for her daughter. I am sure that you have made a few dicisions that you regret! Unless you are perfect, think about it before you start ragging on someone that is aready in enough pain!

every on blames every one else in this cause. nobody is to blame except isreal for taking the life of beautiful little emily, and the cops for putting the wrong picture up for the first two days she was gone. look close to the two pictures you will see. Arent your glad your protectec by El Dorado's finest?

What difference does more charges make? They are not going to find him in the United States. He is probably in Mexico with family. The only way to get him is to send a private company to Mexico and bring him by what ever means to the U.S. border so the law can get him. He is a free man in Mexico. If he comes back he will be someone else.

Unbelievable. I know I commented on this in another post. Victoria's mother is worthless. Instead of doing the right thing when this predator took advantage of her daughter, she said nothing in fear that Victoria would run away. (this was according to a post from Victoria's alleged "best friend" who said Victoria threatened to run away if her mother did anything to Mireles or tried to separate them.) If she would have turned this creep in, at least the chances are better that her daughter and unborn grandbaby would be safe right now and Emily would probably be alive. Whatever happened to TOUGH LOVE? Loving your child means you can't be a buddy, you have to do things that makes you unpopular and do it because it is what is best for them. I hope all this effort to charge him now isn't what it seems: a little too little a little too late!

why all the sudden? the charges should of been done right away. now emily's family have to live with "what if". may emily rest in peace.

it sure took the parents awhile to get that done had they turned him in 8 months ago emily would still be with us

why wasnt he brought up on these charges months ago? would have saved a life.
