Another BTK Letter

Oct. 26--Wichita police announced today they've obtained another letter that could be connected to the BTK investigation. That letter was submitted to the FBI Monday, October 25th for authentication.
A building manager tells KAKE News police picked up a suspicious package Friday. That package had been left at a drop box at 2nd & Kansas.
