Derby Police Investigate Storage Unit Burglaries

Derby Police are investigating a burglary to a storage unit located in the 400 block of N. River St.

The burglaries occurred between September 3rd and September 7th. Four separate storage units were hit and the following items were stolen: a 46" Hitachi television; a 26" Insignia television; a 19" RCA television; Sony home speakers, a Sony DVD/VCR combo player; 40 hooded sweatshirts; miscellaneous military uniforms; a Rigid chop saw; a Bosch table saw and an alto saxophone. Total loss is estimated at $10,000.
