One child was killed and three others were hurt, when they fell out of the bucket of a tractor during a hayrack ride near Partridge around 4:30 Sunday afternoon.
Reno County Undersheriff Sheldon Stewart confirms that a call came in around that time regarding the accident.
A 12-year-old was pronounced dead on the scene. He has been identified as Seth Miggiani.
Three others were taken to a Wichita hospital for treatment. Hadassah Miggianai, 11, Magdalena Miggiani, 8, and 11-year-old Derek Shucker were all in fair condition at Via Christi Health Monday morning.
The farm tractor was driven by a 24-year-old man.
Members of the Reno County District Attorney's Office were also called to the accident scene. The accident is still under investigation awaiting reports from the officers who were at the scene.
