Driver In Saline Co. Fatality Charged With 2nd Degree Murder

The driver in last weekend's Saline Co. fatality that killed a Manhattan woman, has been charged with second degree murder. Megan Will, 23, was a passenger in a car driven by Ringle early Sunday morning on August 29th.

Prosecutors charged 25-year-old Dustin Ringle, of Salina, Thursday with second degree murder, or in the alternative, involuntary manslaughter while driving under the influence.

Police say Ringle was behind the wheel in the was speeding along north Ohio in Salina when he lost control of the car, hit a culvert and flipped the car. Ringle had also been hurt in the crash and was treated and released at Salina Regional Health Center.

Ringle also faces three other traffic citations.
