Wesley Medical Center offers a support group for new moms and dads who often feel overwhelmed and alone during their infants' first few months.
Parents with babies ranging in age from newborn to one-year-old can discuss parenting fears, ask questions and let the little ones play.
New father Mark Lujan tries to attend the class every week.
"We like coming every Wednesday to talk with other parents about solutions, and Josephine gets to get out of the house," Lujan says.
The class isn't a traditional taught-class, but an opportunity for parents to learn from one another.
