The east Kellogg flyover includes a quote from English poet John Milton. The problem is, traveling 60 miles per hour on Kellogg, combined with the location of the quote, many viewers have asked, "What does it say?"
Good question.
After several passes in my car, I still couldn't read the quotes. The safest way to find out? Pull over and read it from the bridge with binoculars.
"Fly envious Time, till thou run out thy race, Call on the lazy leaden-stepping hours." --John Milton
