Shelby Lee Starr, 49, entered into a plea agreement to one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child under the age of 14 related to two incidents in 2016 and 2017.

The U.S. Figure Skating Championships will be held at INTRUST Bank Arena January 20-26. 

It happened at around 12:15 p.m. in the 1400 block of North Minnesota, near 13th and I-135.

Police received a call for a shooting in the 1400 block of Watson Place around 12:20 a.m. Tuesday. Upon arrival, officers found a 20-year-old female with a gunshot wound to her abdomen.

The crash occurred Tuesday morning at the intersection of Northwest 30 Avenue and Northwest 50 Road. Law enforcement says there was zero to low visibility at the time of the crash.

Jonathan Candy, 42, is believed to have killed his wife, 39-year-old Lindsay Candy, and sons 18-year-old Dylan Candy, 14-year-old Ethan Candy and 12-year-old Lucas Candy.

The rural Miami County landowner reported the incident just after 6 p.m. Saturday.
