Simple Oven Baked Potatoes
2 Large red onions, thinly sliced into rings
3 Russett potatoes; unpeeled, sliced into rounds 1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup salted and melted butter
8 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Salt and peeper to taste
Dip potato slices and onion rings into butter to coat
Arrange on a shallow baking sheet, and sprinkle both sides with parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until tender.
