Scalloped Rhubarb

Ingredients

3 cups cubed dry bread (no crusts)
2 cups diced, uncooked rhubarb
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sugar

Directions

Cut stale bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Melt butter and mix with bread cubes. Add sugar and rhubarb, mix well. Put in oblong baking pan or dish (greased). Put 1 tablespoon water in each corner. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
