Philadelphia Hoagie Sandwich
1 8-10 inch long bread- Italian or French
4 slices of provolone cheese
4 slices of ham
4 slices of Genoa Salami (not hard salami)
4 slices of large pepperoni
4-5 slices of tomato
2-3 lettuce leaves
Several strips of roasted red peppers from a jar
Several banana peppers sliced
Salt, pepper, and oregano to taste
Cut the roll length wise.
Start with the cheese first and add all the meat one slice at a time.
Add the peppers, lettuce, and tomato slices.
Drizzle on the olive oil, and add the seasonings.
Fold everything into the sandwich, then enjoy.
Refrigerate the sandwich if you are keeping until later.
