Nahima's Simple Stuffed Celery
9 Celery stalks
1 (8 ounce) pkg of cream cheese, softened
5 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish
paprika to taste
Wash and trim celery stalks. Remove the leaves and any rough strings.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the relish and mix well.
Spoon or pipe the mixture into the celery stalks and sprinkle with paprika.
