Delicious & Healthy Black Bean Brownies
Ingredients
One box Brownie Mix (size for a 9x13 pan)
One can of Black Beans (14 1/2 or 15 ounce can)
3 Tablespoons of Jiffy Fudge Frosting mix (7.5 oz. box)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray the pan with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl put the beans, juice and all, and mix with electric mixer, beating until smooth. Add the brownie mix and beat with mixer until it and the beans are blended well.
Pour into the greased 9x13 pan.
Bake about 28-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the frosting mix with enough boiling water to make it thin, then pour and spread over the warm brownies.
When, cool, cut in squares and enjoy!
