1 12 ounce can SPAM Classic
1 2.5 ounce package Caribbean Jerk seasoning
1 20 ounce can pineapple tidbits
6 cups hot cooked rice
1. Cut SPAM into 1 inch cubes and brown in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Sprinkle Caribbean Jerk seasoning over SPAM and quickly stir to coat.
3. Pour in pineapple. Cook and stir until hot and bubbly.
4. Serve over the hot rice.
OPTIONAL: garnish with diced orange bell pepper
