Pasta with Salmon & Cream Sauce by Luciano Mottolo
1 pound Farfalle-style pasta (bow-tie pasta)
4 ounces chopped salmon
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
salt & pepper to taste
Boil pasta, adding salt to water while boiling. Drain pasta and put into skillet. Add salmon, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add cream, salt & pepper. Cook on low heat until thickened.
