Ingredients

2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup hot pepper cheese, shredded
3 large eggs, beaten
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons green chile peppers
1 - 12 oz. can SPAM Oven Roasted Turkey, diced
1/2 cup red pepper jelly
Assorted crackers (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8 inch round cake pan.
Line the cake pan with wax paper. Grease the was paper also. Set aside.

Beat together the cream cheese, hot pepper cheese, garlic, chile peppers and beaten eggs. Mix ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Stir the diced SPAM into the creamed mixture. Spread evenly into prepared pan.

Bake approximately 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted int he middle comes out clean. Top will be lightly browned.

Cool for 15-20 minutes on wire rack. Gently loosen mixture from sides of pan and carefully remove cake onto a plate. Cool completely.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Right before serving, spread the red pepper jelly over the top of the SPAM cake. Daredevil Delight can be served with crackers.
