Susan's and "Mama Capranica's" Homemade Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Sirloin
1 and 1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Cup Italian Breadcrumbs (available at any grocer)
1 cup Grated Romano or Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 egg

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. With hands, work to mix together thoroughly (about five minutes).

With hands, form into balls (about 1/12 inches in diamater).
Put extra 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs on plate and roll each meatball in crumbs.

You can either fry or bake the meatballs.

To fry , put Tablespoon of olive oil in frying pan and fry until done in the middle.
To bake, heat over to 350. Rub bottom of 9*13 pan with olive oil.
Place meatballs in and cook for 45 minutes.

After this, you can also put meatballs in your sauce and let them cook in sauce for awhile.

Makes about 10 to 12 meatballs
