pineapple-Habanero Salsa
This is a great relish for hot dogs or a perfect salsa for fish tacos.
Ingredients
1 pineapple, peeled & cored
1/2 of a medium red onion, small dice
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 habanero peppers, pith removed-deseeded & minced
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Do a small dice on t e pineapple and place in a bowl. Add the diced red onion, chopped cilantro, the minced habanero peppers, lime juice and salt. Fold all ingredients together with a spoon.
