Decadent Chocolate Covered Dried Apricots
1 package (12 ounces) semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
Melt chocolate in a glass bowl in the microwave, stirring frequently.
Dip half of each apricot piece into the chocolate.
Place on the wax paper.
Put in refrigerator until chocolate is hard.
Store in airtight container, using wax paper to separate layers.
