MAC AND CHEESE WITH SHRIMP
1 12 oz. Velveeta Shells and Cheese made with 2% milk
1/2 pound uncooked, shelled Shrimp deveined with tails removed *
Prepare the shells according to the directions on the package.
During the last 3 minutes of the shells cooking, add the shrimp. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the shells are tender.
Drain water and add the package of cheese and mix.
Serve with a tossed green salad.
* Can be made with cooked shrimp. Simply remove the tails and place in the water with the cooked shells for 1 minute. Be sure the shrimp are warm throughout
