Apricot Filo Cups

Ingredients

1 package (15 each) Athenian mini filo shells
1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon rose water

Directions

Combine apricots and walnuts in a food processor. Add honey and rose water and blend well. Place mixture in filo cups. Can bake in a 350 degree oven on a cookie sheet if desired for 8-10 min. until light brown. Cool before serving.
Store shells in an airtight container.

Yields 15 pieces.
