Ingredients
1 12 oz can Bacon SPAM
1 12 oz. tube cinnamon rolls
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Slice SPAM into 16 long strips (approx. 3-inch long by 1-inch wide and 1/2-inch thick). In a bowl, mix together sugars. Roll Spam slices in sugar mixture to coat. Unroll each individual cinnamon roll and cut in half lengthwise. With cinnamon side up, lightly press dough to flatten slightly. Press raisins into length of dough. Start at one end of SPAM slice, wind dough around SPAM slice. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. While still warm, pipe frosting included with cinnamon rolls over your CinniSPAMs!
